What is the Cabana Club?

Since 2005, Mexicali has grown thanks to the loyal patronage of our customers. We want to thank those who have stood beside us all of these years and continue to encourage others to become loyal customers as well - plus you get to benefit from some sweet deals. The Cabana Club program allows us to do all of this.

How do I become a Cabana Club member?

You can become a member by visiting https://mexicali.appropo.io/download to download our app. Once downloaded select Cabana Club in the upper left hand corner. Here you will be prompted to either sign up using Facebook login or by entering your details manually. Once completed the app will generate a barcode that represents your account which you will scan before you finalise your purchase.

What are the benefits of joining?

On what types of purchases can I accrue stamps on?

Collect a stamp each time you purchase a regular burrito of any value instore or online. Stamps are not valid on delivery partner websites. Collect a stamp instore by scanning your App at point of purchase, and via online by logging into your loyalty account to purchase. Valid on any regular burrito purchase. Not valid with mini burrito purchases. One stamp can be collected per regular burrito, per transaction. Once 10 stamps have been collected, redemption of the 11th regular burrito will be free of charge and can be redeemed by clicking the ‘Redeem’ button in your loyalty app or account. One free regular burrito can be redeemed at a time. Stamps expire 12 months after the first stamp has been collected.

How many items can I redeem at once?

1 regular burrito purchased = 1 stamp

If I receive an offer via an App notification or EDM, how can I redeem it online?

You must log into the same account as the EDM was sent to. The same email must be used for you to be able to see and redeem the promotion/voucher online. No offers can be redeemed in-store. Stamps can be collected in-store by scanning your App at point of purchase.

What is a birthday reward?

Our birthday reward is a FREE Taco with a spend of $10, gifted to our most loyal customers at the beginning of their birthday month and valid for redemption via the App or with an online purchase. Birthday rewards can only be redeemed via the Loyalty App and Online within the birthday month and offers expire thereafter. Birthday rewards can no longer be redeemed instore. To qualify for a birthday reward you must: 

(a)   Be registered as a Cabana Club member before the birthday month.

(b)   Make a minimum of 2 orders in the last 12 months.

(c)    Spend a minimum of $10 to redeem the free taco.  

(d)   The customer birth date must be entered into their Cabana Club account before their birth month.

(e)   Must be registered for push notifications and the mailing list to be notified and communicated to.

Customers can check they are registered for this offer, by logging into their account through the App > select Account > select Communications.

Full details of the birthday reward terms and conditions will be provided in the Birthday email. New birthday rewards will commence from the 1st August 2023 for August birthdays and we will back-issue a reward to the July birthday customers who meet the new criteria. The current birthday reward will be turned off from 1st July 2023 and no birthday rewards are redeemable in July.         

How can I redeem a coupon or a promotional offer?

Simply click on any coupon/promotion that appears in your App, follow the purchase criteria and add to the cart. If your purchase meets the terms and conditions attached to the specific coupon, then it can be redeemed. Each coupon might have different Terms and Conditions to it is recommended you check each before ordering. These can be used for pick-up and delivery orders via our App or online ordering via the website. Not valid on any other delivery service outside of the App.

To redeem a promotion, coupon or offer you must log in and order online using the same email address as the loyalty account is set up with. Offers cannot be redeemed using a guest log in.

How long does it take to update my digital loyalty card in the system?

Most of the time a stamp will appear immediately after purchase. Occasionally it might take up to 24 hours for a stamp to appear on the digital loyalty card if the purchase store shuts down and restarts their till system overnight. Please wait at least 24 hours before contacting our feedback channels regarding a stamp not appearing.

How can I check how many stamps I have?

Log into your account online or view the App under the rewards tab. Once the stamp is full, a redeem button will appear. Once the 11th stamp is redeemed the card will clear and you can start collecting a full card again.
