Back in the States when we were just niños, our family ran the hottest restaurants in town, Mexicali Rose and Baja Norte. Fast forward a bunch of years. Our parents retired and we finished our university degrees. Then we all embarked upon our family adventure – bringing the evolution of Mexican food to the most beautiful country on earth - New Zealand.
